Very good physical and visual quality for a filament-printed product — my favorite part is how perfectly and tightly the marker caps fit and stay in, don’t need to put super glue in it.
I also requested a custom font for my callsign and they did exactly what I had in mind, and then also did a custom color for the main filament to match my squadron. Definitely gonna put the homies onto this!

The large magnetic vault classification badge are extremely useful and the quality of the work is awesome. I've ordered the large and mini version of this product. I highly recommend Milspouse Merch.

-Came as described and functions as you’d expect. Pens and pen caps all fit like a custom-fitted set of class A’s.
-Customer service is on point. I had a request that they happily fulfilled and they noticed/fixed a typo. Although they did not respond back with an email, I am 100% happy they didn’t. I had a very pleasant surprise of receiving exactly what I wanted without expecting it.

Shipping/Delivery took a very long time. But, the tabletop tic tac toe sets are very nice and will make an excellent gift.

Their team had a mock up for us the day after the order! I had a change requested and they immediately obliged. The magnet on the back is strong and it’s great they include instructions on how to add/remove the marker caps. Will definitely order from them again.
